A simple, confidential path to care
Reaching out is often the hardest part, so we keep what follows clear and unhurried. Your first call is confidential and carries no obligation: we listen, answer your questions, and explain exactly how care and cost work before you decide anything. From there, a licensed clinician completes a thorough ASAM-guided assessment and recommends a plan customized around you, including the level of care and modalities that fit your life. Nothing here is one-size-fits-all.

We recommend a level of care and a plan built around you, with clear pricing, and help you start, often within the same week when clinically appropriate. If we are not the right fit, we say so and help you find it.
Private Pay & Out-of-Network
How payment works
We chose the private-pay model on purpose. When insurance dictates the terms, it caps the length of treatment, limits the modalities a clinician can use, and pushes everyone toward the same predetermined program. Private pay removes those limits, so care can be genuinely individualized and your information stays private. We are transparent about cost from the first conversation: pricing in plain terms before you commit to anything, help understanding your out-of-network benefits, and detailed superbills to seek reimbursement from your insurer. We do not make promises about what your plan will reimburse, and we will never surprise you with hidden fees.

The First Week
What starting actually looks like
Your clinician walks you through the plan and the schedule, introduces the team, and starts the actual work, therapy, groups, and any medication evaluation, at a pace your life can hold. Family is oriented when it helps, superbill documentation is set up if you are using out-of-network benefits, and you will know exactly who to call with any question. No paperwork maze, no waiting room churn, no being handed off between departments.

Do you take insurance?
We are private pay and also work with out-of-network benefits. We are not in-network with insurance plans, which lets us keep care individualized rather than dictated by an insurer. If you have out-of-network benefits, we help you understand them and provide superbills for reimbursement.
How much does treatment cost?
Cost depends on the level of care and the plan that fits you. We explain pricing in plain terms during your first confidential call, before you commit to anything, with no hidden fees.
What does out-of-network mean for me?
It means you pay for care directly, and if your plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be reimbursed a portion by your insurer. We provide the documentation, called superbills, that you need to file, and we help you understand your benefits up front.
What happens when I call?
A real person listens. We learn a little about what is going on, answer your questions, and explain options with no pressure. If it is a fit, we schedule a confidential assessment. If it is not, we help point you somewhere that is.
How quickly can I start?
Often within the same week, when clinically appropriate. After your assessment we recommend a plan and help you begin as soon as you are ready, and we move at the pace that is right for you.
Is the process confidential?
Yes. Your first call and everything after it is private, protected by law and by how we practice. Nothing is shared with an employer or family member without your written authorization, and we never ask for sensitive medical details through the website form.
Can a family member or professional start the process for someone?
Yes. Parents, spouses, therapists, and interventionists regularly make the first call. We will talk through the situation, explain options, and coordinate next steps, including our intervention services when a loved one is not yet ready.
What if I need a higher level of care than outpatient?
We tell you honestly. If the assessment points to detox, residential, or inpatient care first, we coordinate a trusted referral and continue your care with us when you are ready to step down.
